By accessing and using AuraShot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraShot provides an AI-powered photo generation service. Users upload 3–5 reference photos of themselves, and the Service generates realistic, personalized AI photos optimized for social media and dating applications. We strive to provide high-quality, realistic outputs but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results on third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AuraShot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Account access is for individual use only.

4. Photo Requirements & Acceptable Use

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

  • You are the person depicted in all uploaded photos.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have the right to upload and use the photos for this purpose.
  • The photos do not depict any illegal content.

You agree not to misuse AuraShot services. Prohibited actions include:

  • Uploading photos of other people without their explicit consent.
  • Using generated images to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the service.
  • Sharing account credentials with other users.

5. Subscription & Payments

AuraShot offers monthly subscription plans (Starter at $14.99/mo, Pro at $29.99/mo, Elite at $49.99/mo). Subscriptions are billed in advance and include a monthly generation limit. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period, except where required by law. Unused generations do not roll over between billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the AI-generated images produced for you. AuraShot claims no ownership over your content or generated outputs. You grant AuraShot a limited license to process your photos solely to deliver the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet any specific standard or perform in any particular way on third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraShot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
