This includes your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also collect the photos you upload during onboarding for the purpose of generating your AI images.

2. Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our services, such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns, to help us improve the AuraShot experience.

3. Your Photos & AI Training

We respect your privacy. We DO NOT use your uploaded reference photos or generated images to train any AI models or shared foundation models. Your photos and generated content remain yours.

Your reference photos are processed solely to generate your personalized AI photos and validate that they meet our quality requirements (e.g., clear face, full body shot). They are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

4. Image Validation

Uploaded photos are analyzed by an AI validation service (Google Gemini) to ensure they meet our requirements: same person in all photos, clear face visible, and at least one full-body shot. This validation is performed solely to ensure quality results and is not used for any other purpose.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze traffic, and maintain your session. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our services, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Gemini API) — photo validation
• fal.ai — AI image generation pipeline
• Neon / PostgreSQL — secure data storage

These third parties access your data only to perform their specific tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

7. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, including encrypted storage and secure transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, including your uploaded reference photos and generated images. You can manage your account within the app or contact us to request data deletion.
